Published Friday, October 9, 2026, after final game statuses.

Cincinnati is the chart everyone is reading this week. Ja’Marr Chase is still in the concussion protocol and Tee Higgins has a groin injury, and both are questionable for a 1 p.m. kickoff in Miami. Philadelphia already ruled out Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith for London.

Ruled Out

Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens (ankle). He didn’t practice all week, and the Ravens ruled him out for Sunday night in Atlanta. Tyler Huntley starts. CBS Sports notes Huntley averaged under 160 passing yards a game across his 16 career starts, so lower your expectations for Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews and look at the Falcons defense as a streamer.

Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles (hamstring). Out for London after missing practice, as Recovery Room expected Wednesday. Tank Bigsby is on IR, which leaves Will Shipley as the healthy back. Start him as an RB2. That game kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, so set your lineup Saturday night.

DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles (hamstring). Also out, along with Marquise Brown (ankle), per the team’s final report. Darius Cooper is the deeper add if you need a receiver, but Philadelphia’s passing game is thin enough that nobody here is a safe start.

Kyle Monangai, RB, Bears (toe). Ben Johnson ruled him out, and ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported his availability over the next week or two is uncertain. D’Andre Swift gets the backfield to himself. More on him below.

Breece Hall, RB, Jets (quad). Out for a second straight week, per Aaron Glenn. Braelon Allen is next on our depth-chart data, and the Jets host Cleveland.

Stefon Diggs, WR, Commanders (hamstring). Out. With Terry McLaurin questionable too, Washington’s receiver room is short. Jayden Daniels is back from his elbow injury and starts, per Dan Quinn.

Quentin Johnston, WR, Chargers (chest). Out against Denver, with Ladd McConkey questionable. Tre’ Harris, a pick in Free Agent Triage on Tuesday, is a flex.

Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Steelers (foot). Out, and CBS Sports expects a multi-week absence. Roman Wilson is the receiver to roster in deeper leagues.

True Questionables

Ja’Marr Chase, WR, Bengals (concussion). He practiced Thursday and Friday, per CBS Sports, but he has not cleared the protocol. Zac Taylor’s answer on whether he plays was “we’ll see,” per SI. FFD’s return table says 59% of concussed NFL players miss at least one game. Start him if he clears, but have Dohnte Meyers or Mike Gesicki ready. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. Eastern, so you don’t get a late pivot. Check the inactives at 11:30 a.m. Eastern.

Tee Higgins, WR, Bengals (groin). DNP Wednesday and Thursday, then work on Friday. Reports differ on how much he did, so treat it as a coin flip. Start him if he’s active. If both Bengals receivers sit, Meyers becomes a must-start flex.

Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings (ankle). Limited all three days after missing the last two games. Jefferson said “the plan is for me to play.” Start him. If he sits, T.J. Hockenson is a must-start tight end.

Jordan Addison, WR, Vikings (hamstring). DNP Wednesday, then limited Thursday and Friday. CBS Sports viewed him more favorably than Jefferson. He’s a borderline WR2 if active, and the hamstring makes him a risky one.

Ashton Jeanty, RB, Raiders (ankle/foot). He went full Wednesday, limited Thursday and DNP Friday, a trail that runs backward. Klint Kubiak still listed him questionable. Add Mike Washington now, because CBS Sports ranks him a top-24 back if Jeanty sits. The Raiders kick off at 1 p.m. Eastern in New England, so you’ll know by 11:30 a.m.

Terry McLaurin, WR, Commanders (hamstring). DNP, DNP, then a limited Friday. CBS Sports calls him a game-time decision. He’s a WR3 if he plays. Antonio Williams moves into WR3 range if he doesn’t.

Ladd McConkey, WR, Chargers (foot). He didn’t practice Wednesday or Thursday, and FFD’s injury feed shows a DNP on Friday as well. The 4:05 p.m. Eastern kickoff (1:05 Pacific) gives you a pivot, so start him only with a 1 p.m. fallback you can swap out.

Mike Evans, WR, 49ers (ribs). He missed Thursday, and ESPN’s Nick Wagoner reported he was in uniform at the start of Friday’s practice. We didn’t have his final designation at publish time. Kickoff in Seattle is 4:25 p.m. Eastern (1:25 Pacific), so wait on the inactives.

Caleb Williams, QB, Bears (hamstring). Questionable after his first limited practice since Week 2. Johnson said earlier in the week that Tyson Bagent would start. Don’t start Williams.

Zay Flowers, WR, Ravens (foot). Limited all week and questionable. He’s a WR2 if he plays, with Huntley throwing to him, so his ceiling is lower.

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, Patriots (knee). Limited all three days. Start TreVeyon Henderson if Stevenson sits. If he plays, it’s a split.

Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints (back). Limited the last two days. He’s a flex if he plays.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Steelers (toe). Limited Thursday and Friday. CBS Sports says don’t start him even if active, and Jaylen Warren stays the Pittsburgh back to own.

DJ Moore, WR, Bills (shoulder). He didn’t practice Thursday or Friday, and the Bills post one more report Saturday before Monday night at the Rams. Plan on Keon Coleman as your flex.

Cleared for Sunday

D’Andre Swift, RB, Bears: DNP Wednesday, full Friday and no designation. He’s an RB1 with Monangai out.

Jeremiyah Love, RB, Cardinals: off Arizona’s final report. Start him against Detroit.

Malik Nabers, WR, Giants: full practice Friday, no designation.

Jayden Daniels, QB, Commanders: full all week, and he starts.

Brock Bowers, TE, Raiders: full Thursday and Friday.

Tony Pollard, RB, Titans: off the report.

Carnell Tate, WR, Titans: questionable with back tightness, but Robert Saleh said he’ll play.

Chris Olave and Tyler Shough, Saints: both cleared to play.
