Lineup Rx · Week 7 · 2026
Thirteen games are on the board: 12 on Sunday and Cowboys at Eagles on Monday night. Buffalo, Jacksonville, the Chargers and Washington are on bye, per the CBS Sports schedule. Every call below is for 12-team half-PPR leagues, with a note where full PPR changes the answer. Lines are the Fox Sports numbers as of October 24 at bet365, and other books differ by a point or so. Injury designations come from Friday’s final reports, as collected in CBS Sports’ Week 7 injury roundup and our own Friday Rounds, unless a row links elsewhere.
The Steelers and Saints kick off in Paris at 9:30 AM ET, so set that corner of your lineup tonight. Lamar Jackson and Puka Nacua are both questionable, and Monday night’s final statuses come out Saturday. Pickups to cover holes are in Free Agent Triage, and this week’s sell-high and buy-low moves are in Trade Rx.
This week’s prescriptions
Love has topped 18 fantasy points in four of six games, and Detroit ranks last in passing yards allowed per game. The total is 53.5, the highest of the week.
Seattle allows the fewest passing yards per game (156.8) and the lowest yards per attempt (5.2), and Rashee Rice is out. Sit him in one-QB leagues if you have a better option.
Smith has 1,336 passing yards, 7 touchdowns and 1 interception. Miami has allowed at least 245 passing yards or multiple touchdowns in four straight games.
Jackson is questionable with an ankle injury for a 1:00 ET game. Nacua left Thursday’s practice early and sat out Friday. Keep a later-slot player on your bench.

Steelers at Saints (Paris)
The diagnosis: The Saints are the softest run defense on the board. New Orleans ranks last in opponent rush EPA and rush success rate and allows 4.8 yards per rush, and Jaylen Warren has 460 rushing yards at 5.5 per carry plus 258 receiving yards. Aaron Rodgers has 12 touchdowns and 20.1 or more points in four straight games. Germie Bernard has 17 catches on 21 targets for 167 yards and a touchdown over the last two games, and Pat Freiermuth faces a Saints defense that ranks sixth in fantasy points allowed to tight ends. On the other side, Tyler Shough has 240 passing yards over his last two games combined, and Pittsburgh has held five of six opposing quarterbacks under 13 fantasy points.
- StartJaylen Warren, Germie Bernard, Pat Freiermuth
- BorderlineAaron Rodgers (QB1 streamer range), Alvin Kamara (flex, limited all week)
- SitTyler Shough (one-QB leagues), Rico Dowdle
Browns at Titans
The diagnosis: This is the lowest total of the week. Tennessee scores 14.0 points per game, second fewest in the league, and Cleveland scores 17.7. Dillon Gabriel is out with a back injury, per CBS Sports, and I could not confirm who starts in his place, so neither team’s quarterback gets a start call. Quinshon Judkins told reporters he is “good to go” with no designation. Denzel Boston has 17 catches for 345 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Wan’Dale Robinson has scored 11 or more PPR points in three of his last four. Tony Pollard faces a Browns defense that allows the third-fewest fantasy points to running backs.
- StartQuinshon Judkins (RB2 on volume)
- BorderlineDenzel Boston (WR3), Wan’Dale Robinson (PPR flex), Tyjae Spears (low-end flex)
- SitTony Pollard, Calvin Ridley, both quarterbacks
Bengals at Ravens
The diagnosis: The line says nobody knows. Baltimore opened -3, and Cincinnati was favored by 1 at Hard Rock once Jackson’s ankle became a question. Jesse Minter said Friday, “We’re still working through that,” per Yahoo Sports. If Jackson plays, expect fewer designed runs and more weight on the pass catchers. Joe Burrow threw 4 touchdowns in a 31-24 win at Miami before the bye, and Cincinnati has no designations on its report. Derrick Henry is the safest piece on the Baltimore side whoever plays quarterback.
- StartJoe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, Derrick Henry
- BorderlineLamar Jackson (start only if active), Zay Flowers (WR3, higher in full PPR), Rashod Bateman, Mark Andrews
- SitTyler Huntley (superflex only)
Colts at Vikings
The diagnosis: Minnesota is 5-0 and coming off a bye, and Indianapolis is missing Tyler Warren, Anthony Gould and Sauce Gardner, per the Colts. Kyler Murray went 24 of 30 for 229 yards and a touchdown at New Orleans, and Indianapolis has allowed 22 or more fantasy points to three of the four legitimate starters it has faced. T.J. Hockenson has 23 catches for 202 yards and scored 13.6 or more PPR points in both games with five-plus targets. Aaron Jones has 97 combined touches over his last four games, though Jordan Mason’s return will trim that. On the Colts side, Daniel Jones is ranked 28th of 28 starting quarterbacks this week.
- StartJustin Jefferson, T.J. Hockenson, Aaron Jones, Kyler Murray (superflex, QB2 in one-QB leagues)
- BorderlineJordan Addison (WR3), Jonathan Taylor (RB2 with Minnesota a 6.5-point favorite), Keenan Allen (PPR flex)
- SitDaniel Jones, Jordan Mason (first game back)
Dolphins at Jets
The diagnosis: The Jets are favored at home against an 0-5 Dolphins team. Geno Smith has 122 of 177 passing for 1,336 yards, 7 touchdowns and 1 interception. Braelon Allen has had a 55% touch share over the last three weeks, and Miami allows the third-most fantasy points per game to running backs. Hall is questionable, and his return would cut into that share. On the Miami side, Malik Washington has 23 targets over the past three games. Garrett Wilson draws a Miami defense that has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers.
- StartGeno Smith (streamer), Braelon Allen (RB2 if Hall sits, flex if he plays)
- BorderlineGarrett Wilson (WR2 on volume), Malik Washington (PPR flex)
- SitBreece Hall (unless you have no other back)
Giants at Texans
The diagnosis: Houston is the biggest favorite on the board. C.J. Stroud is second in the NFL with 1,714 passing yards, with 9 touchdowns and 1 interception, and since Nico Collins returned he has 920 yards and 6 touchdowns. Montgomery is out, per the Texans, which keeps Woody Marks in the lead role. The Giants are not dead weight: they have scored at least 27 points in each of their last three games. Tyrone Tracy Jr. averages 3.9 fantasy points per game against a hard matchup, and Cam Skattebo played six snaps with no touches last week.
- StartC.J. Stroud, Nico Collins, Woody Marks
- BorderlineTank Dell (bench in his first game back, deep-league flex only)
- SitCam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy Jr.
49ers at Falcons
The diagnosis: San Francisco is 6-0 with Evans, Samuel and Nick Bosa all out, per CBS Sports. Brock Purdy has 1,460 yards, 14 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Atlanta’s secondary is banged up, and the Falcons have allowed 11.2 or more PPR points to nine receivers. That sets up Christian Kirk, who is questionable and expected to come off injured reserve. Michael Penix Jr. has 944 yards, 6 touchdowns and scored 29.1 points in Week 6. Brian Robinson Jr. is out for Atlanta, per the Falcons, so Bijan Robinson carries the backfield.
- StartBrock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, Bijan Robinson, Drake London
- BorderlineMichael Penix Jr. (low-end QB1), Christian Kirk (deep leagues, if activated), Jordan Watkins (deep flex), Kyle Pitts
- SitFalcons D/ST
Buccaneers at Panthers
The diagnosis: Tampa Bay lost Emeka Egbuka and gets Mayfield back at the same time. Bowles said Mayfield will play, per NFL.com. Egbuka’s absence moves targets to Chris Godwin Jr., who has 23 catches for 216 yards and no touchdowns, and to Cade Otton. Bucky Irving is a start against a Carolina defense that, per SI, ranks fifth in fantasy points allowed to running backs. For Carolina, Bryce Young is ninth in adjusted EPA per play. Tampa Bay’s defense ranks fourth in opponent EPA per play, so keep expectations modest on the Carolina side.
- StartBucky Irving, Baker Mayfield (streamer), Bryce Young, Tetairoa McMillan
- BorderlineChris Godwin Jr. (WR3), Chuba Hubbard (flex), Cade Otton (TE streamer, deeper leagues)
- SitSean Tucker
Broncos at Cardinals
The diagnosis: Denver’s offense is weak and Arizona’s defense is worse. Bo Nix has 1,049 passing yards at 5.6 per attempt and under 200 yards in four games, but Arizona allows 22.6 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, fourth most. R.J. Harvey has 23 catches and 10.7 fantasy points per game, which makes him a better half-PPR flex than his rushing line suggests. Love is out for Arizona, so Tyler Allgeier gets the carries, per the Cardinals. Michael Wilson had four catches for 30 yards and four for 32 in two games without Marvin Harrison Jr. Jaylen Waddle expects to play, so check Denver’s final designations before kickoff.
- StartTrey McBride, Jaylen Waddle (if active)
- BorderlineR.J. Harvey (flex, better in PPR), Tyler Allgeier (flex), Bo Nix (streamer, superflex start)
- SitMichael Wilson, Cardinals quarterback in one-QB leagues (Carson Beck is questionable)
Packers at Lions
The diagnosis: This is the highest total of the week. Love has multiple touchdowns in every game and leads the league in attempts of 20-plus air yards, and Detroit ranks last in pass yards allowed per game. Matthew Golden has topped 100 receiving yards in three of his last four games, and Christian Watson is WR3 on the season. Love, Watson and Golden have no game designation. Josh Jacobs is off the report and on track to play, per NFL.com. Jameson Williams is the one Lion to fade: he has fewer than five catches and 50 yards in four of five games, and Green Bay is stingy on downfield throws.
- StartJordan Love, Matthew Golden, Christian Watson, Josh Jacobs, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jahmyr Gibbs
- BorderlineJared Goff (low-end QB1 on the total alone)
- SitJameson Williams
Rams at Raiders
The diagnosis: Davante Adams went on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, per RotoWire, and Nacua is questionable. Matthew Stafford averages 299.0 passing yards per game with six interceptions. If Nacua sits, Tyler Higbee had 8 catches for 62 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets in Week 3 without him, and Las Vegas ranks seventh in fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Kyren Williams is SI’s start of the week because the Raiders allow the sixth-most fantasy points to running backs, though Blake Corum is taking some of his work. Kirk Cousins has 1,582 yards, 14 touchdowns and 23.3 fantasy points per game. Mike Washington Jr. is questionable, which pushes Ashton Jeanty up the board.
- StartMatthew Stafford, Kirk Cousins, Kyren Williams, Brock Bowers, Ashton Jeanty (RB2)
- BorderlinePuka Nacua (start only if active), Tyler Higbee (TE streamer if Nacua sits), Konata Mumpfield (deep leagues), Blake Corum (stash)
- SitMike Washington Jr.
Chiefs at Seahawks (Sunday Night Football)
The diagnosis: Kansas City is 5-0, but Mahomes has a hard draw. The Seahawks allow 156.8 passing yards per game, and 13.5 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, second fewest. Kenneth Walker III is the likely answer, because the Chiefs are expected to lean on their former Seahawks back. Rice is out, per A to Z Sports, while Travis Kelce has no designation after limited practices. Seattle’s offense has its own problems. Sam Darnold has averaged 10.21 fantasy points over the last three weeks with three touchdowns and five interceptions, and Emanuel Wilson’s touch share fell from 51% to 26.4%.
- StartKenneth Walker III, Jaxson Smith-Njigba, Travis Kelce
- BorderlineCyrus Allen (WR3)
- SitPatrick Mahomes (one-QB leagues), Sam Darnold, Emanuel Wilson

The Eagles rank 31st in offensive EPA per play and scored 14 points in Tanner McKee’s first start, but Dallas ranks 31st in defensive EPA per play. Dak Prescott faces a defense that has allowed 19 or more fantasy points to four of the last five quarterbacks it faced, and George Pickens was at Friday’s practice, though the report doesn’t say how much he did. CeeDee Lamb has 69 targets and 577 yards but only 2 catches for 9 yards against Tampa Bay. DeVonta Smith caught 14 targets from McKee for 20.5 fantasy points in Week 6, though Smith, Dallas Goedert and Dontayvion Wicks missed both Thursday and Friday. Barkley practiced Friday and appears on track to return. Final Monday statuses post Saturday, so check the FFD Injury Report before you set this slot.
- StartDak Prescott, George Pickens, CeeDee Lamb, DeVonta Smith (if active)
