Published Friday, October 30, 2026, after final game statuses.

Saquon Barkley is off the Eagles’ final injury report after two missed practices and a limited Friday, so he plays Sunday night in Washington (Philadelphia Inquirer, Yahoo Sports). The patients still under observation play late. A.J. Brown and Jaylen Waddle are both questionable for 4:25 p.m. ET kickoffs. Week 8 runs Sunday, Nov. 1 and Monday, Nov. 2, with Houston, New Orleans, the Giants and San Francisco on bye, per the CBS Sports schedule. Green Bay beat Carolina 27-19 on Thursday.

Ruled Out

DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles (hamstring). Smith did not practice all week and misses his second straight game, per Yahoo Sports and the Inquirer. Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) and Britain Covey (knee) are out too. That leaves Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Elijah Moore and Hollywood Brown at receiver, per NBC Sports Philadelphia. With Tanner McKee at quarterback after Jalen Hurts went on injured reserve (PhillyVoice), none of them is a safe start. Cooper is a deep-league flex at best.

RJ Harvey, RB, Broncos (knee). Harvey was added to the report as limited Thursday, sat out Friday and is out against Kansas City, per DenverBroncos.com and DraftSharks. Start Jonah Coleman, our No. 1 add in Free Agent Triage. DraftSharks has him running routes on 22% of dropbacks last week to 6% for J.K. Dobbins, so he gets the passing downs.

Emeka Egbuka, WR, Buccaneers (foot). Egbuka cleared the concussion protocol, but a foot injury keeps him out against Atlanta, per NFL.com and ClutchPoints. He was limited Thursday and did not practice Friday. ClutchPoints expects Chris Godwin and Ted Hurst III to lead the receivers. Godwin sat out Thursday for rest and his Friday status was not posted when we checked, so confirm he is active before you start him. Hurst is a dart throw.

Carnell Tate, WR, Titans (shoulder). Tate missed all three practices and is out at Cincinnati, per TennesseeTitans.com and NBC Sports. Robert Saleh called it “a little complicated there, especially for a young guy.” Elic Ayomanor moves outside and Wan’Dale Robinson stays in the slot, per DraftSharks. Robinson is the PPR flex.

Tyjae Spears, RB, Titans (knee). Spears misses a second straight game, per TennesseeTitans.com and RotoWire. Tony Pollard is good to go, and RotoWire has Michael Carter as the backup. Start Pollard. Carter is a handcuff only.

Also out: Falcons RB Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring), per AtlantaFalcons.com and Yahoo Sports, and Colts WR Anthony Gould (concussion), per Colts.com and NFL.com.

True Questionables

A.J. Brown, WR, Patriots (ankle, knee). Kickoff 4:25 p.m. ET, 1:25 p.m. PT. Practice: Limited, DNP, DNP. His knee flared up and he could not finish Wednesday’s practice, per Patriots.com and the Boston Sports Journal. Mike Vrabel said “we’ll see where he is (Saturday).” Patriots.com notes that a Saturday elevation of practice-squad receiver Kyle Dixon or Cameron Dorner would hint Brown is out. Call: sit him if you have a comparable WR3. We still hold him, as Trade Rx said Thursday, but two straight missed practices is a bad trail. If you must start him, keep Antonio Williams or another Sunday night receiver on the bench as a pivot.

Jaylen Waddle, WR, Broncos (chest). Kickoff 4:25 p.m. ET, 1:25 p.m. PT. Practice: DNP, Limited, Limited, per DenverBroncos.com and NBC Sports. The trail went the right way. Call: start him as a WR3 if he is active. Inactives come out at 2:55 p.m. ET. Marvin Mims Jr. practiced fully with no designation and is the fallback in deeper leagues.

Breece Hall, RB, Jets (quad). Kickoff 1:00 p.m. ET. Practice: Limited all three days. Hall has missed four straight games, and Aaron Glenn wants him to hit certain rehab markers before he plays, per ESPN and NFL.com. Call: sit Hall and start Braelon Allen, who has two 100-yard games while Hall has been out, per ESPN. Even if Hall is active, we would expect the Jets to ease him in.

DJ Moore, WR, and Dalton Kincaid, TE, Bills (shoulder, chest). Kickoff 1:00 p.m. ET. Both were limited all week in red non-contact jerseys and are questionable against Baltimore, per BuffaloBills.com and Sports Illustrated. A red jersey on Friday is a yellow light at best. Call: sit both. This is an early game, so there is no late look to save you.

Jakobi Meyers, WR, Jaguars (hamstring, ankle). Kickoff 1:00 p.m. ET. Practice: Limited, Limited, DNP, with the ankle added Friday, per NBC Sports and Yahoo Sports. Call: sit. A new injury and a Friday DNP is the wrong direction.

Kenny Gainwell, RB, Buccaneers (hip). Kickoff 1:00 p.m. ET. Practice: DNP, Limited, Full, per CBS Sports and NFL.com. Call: flex him if he is active. A full Friday is the trail you want.

TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots (illness). Kickoff 4:25 p.m. ET. He was not listed Wednesday and missed Thursday and Friday, per Patriots.com and CBS Sports. Illness calls can wait until inactives. Call: sit Henderson and start Rhamondre Stevenson, who leads the backfield with Corey Kiner behind him, per Patriots.com.

Calvin Ridley, WR, Titans (hip). Kickoff 1:00 p.m. ET. TennesseeTitans.com lists him as questionable and limited for a third straight day. DraftSharks reports a full Friday instead and says he should play, so the chart and the reporting disagree on day three. Call: start him as a WR3 if active. With Tate out, the targets have to go somewhere.

Monday night, Bears at Seahawks (8:15 p.m. ET, 5:15 p.m. PT). Game statuses come Saturday. Kyle Monangai (thumb, toe) sat out Thursday and Friday, per RotoWire and NBC Sports, so D’Andre Swift keeps the backfield. Zach Charbonnet has practiced fully and Jadarian Price returned to practice Thursday from injured reserve, per Seahawks.com. Wait for Saturday before you start either Seattle back.

Cleared for Sunday

Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles: No designation after DNP, DNP, Limited (Inquirer, Yahoo). The Inquirer says Wednesday was an estimate from a walkthrough. Start him, but expect a managed workload.

Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens: Full all week and set to play after missing three games (BaltimoreRavens.com, BuffaloBills.com).

Rashee Rice, WR, Chiefs: Limited, Limited, Full, and off the report (AtoZ Sports, KCTV5).

Aaron Jones Sr., RB, Vikings: DNP, Limited, Full, and no designation (NBC Sports, Yahoo). Jordan Mason drops back to a committee role.

Also cleared: Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown (Yahoo), Brock Bowers (Yahoo), Tyler Warren (Colts.com, NBC Sports), Stefon Diggs (Commanders.com), Ladd McConkey (NBC Sports) and Ja’Marr Chase (NFL.com).

Arizona at Dallas: Neither team had posted final designations when we checked (AZCardinals.com showed Wednesday and Thursday only). Arizona Sports reports that Jeremiyah Love and Michael Wilson will play, with LaFleur saying Love feels “as good as he can feel.” Brian Schottenheimer expects George Pickens to play, per Athlon Sports. Start all three, and confirm they are active at 11:30 a.m. ET inactives.
