Philadelphia has the longest chart on the floor this week. The Eagles ruled out Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley for Sunday’s home game against Carolina, so Tanner McKee and Dameon Pierce run the offense. Lamar Jackson sits again in Baltimore, and three more lead backs are out: David Montgomery, Jeremiyah Love and Breece Hall.

Ruled Out

Jalen Hurts, QB, Eagles (calf). Out with what NBC Sports and CBS Sports report is a superficial blood clot in his calf. McKee starts. CBS Sports pegs the Eagles’ implied total at 17.75 points, which caps everyone in this offense. Dallas Goedert is still a start, and CBS expects him to lead the team in targets.

Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles (hamstring). He didn’t practice all week, which is the trail Recovery Room said would point to Pierce. Will Shipley is on injured reserve, per Yahoo Sports. Pierce, the top pickup in Tuesday’s Free Agent Triage, is a volume RB2 against the Panthers.

Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens (ankle). Out for a second straight game without a practice. Tyler Huntley starts in Cleveland. CBS still has Zay Flowers as a WR2. Mark Andrews goes to your bench.

David Montgomery, RB, Texans (groin). He didn’t travel to London. Woody Marks leads the backfield, and CBS calls him a top-20 play, though the Jaguars run defense is a tough draw. The game kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, so set this one Saturday night.

Jeremiyah Love, RB, Cardinals (ankle). Out against the Rams. Tyler Allgeier gets the work and is a high-end flex in CBS’s rankings.

Breece Hall, RB, Jets (quad). Out again. Braelon Allen handles the run game in New England.

Kyle Monangai, RB, Bears (thumb/toe). Out. D’Andre Swift is an RB1 in Atlanta.

Rashee Rice, WR, Chiefs (hamstring/knee). The bye wasn’t enough, and he’s out against the Chargers. Xavier Worthy is the upside WR3, per CBS.

Baker Mayfield, QB, Buccaneers (thumb). He didn’t practice once. Jalon Daniels makes his third straight start, so he’s a superflex play only.

Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers (hamstring). Out for Monday night, and Kyle Shanahan said he could land on injured reserve, per NBC Sports. Brandin Cooks should get more snaps.

Also out: Tre Harris (Chargers), Roman Wilson (Steelers), Adonai Mitchell (Jets) and Tank Dell (Texans). Wilson’s absence keeps Germie Bernard in the WR3 mix.

True Questionables

Caleb Williams, QB, Bears (hamstring). Full practice all three days and still questionable. He told reporters he does “not know if I’m playing yet,” per CBS Sports. The Bears play at 1 p.m. Eastern, so you won’t get a late pivot. Start him only in superflex, and only if he’s active at 11:30 a.m. Eastern.

A.J. Brown, WR, Patriots (ankle). Limited all week in his first practice window off injured reserve. He called his status “still up in the air,” per Yahoo Sports. Sit him this week. He hasn’t played since Week 1. Efton Chism III is the fill-in if he stays out.

TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots (ankle). Limited Thursday and Friday. CBS says not to start him even if he plays hurt. Rhamondre Stevenson is a top-18 back either way.

Quinshon Judkins, RB, Browns (ankle/foot). DNP, DNP, then back on the field Friday, per RotoWire. He’s a high-end flex if active. Jaleel McLaughlin is a weak fallback if he sits.

Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints (back). Limited all week. He’s a flex if he plays, though Kendre Miller carried 10 times to Kamara’s three last week. Miller is the start if Kamara sits.

Chris Olave, WR, Saints (illness). DNP Wednesday and Thursday, limited Friday. Illness rarely costs a game in FFD’s return table. Start him if he’s active.

Tyjae Spears, RB, Titans (knee). Limited, DNP, then full on Friday, per RotoWire. He’s a low-end PPR flex if he plays. If he sits, Tony Pollard becomes an RB2 with upside.

Tyler Warren, TE, Colts (groin). He popped up on Friday’s report as limited, per CBS. A Friday addition is a yellow flag, so have a backup tight end ready for the 1 p.m. kickoff.

DK Metcalf, WR, Steelers (illness). Added late and held out Friday, per Steelers Depot. Start him if active, with Bernard as the pivot.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Steelers (toe). Full Thursday and Friday but still questionable. He’s a flex at best. Jaylen Warren stays a top-12 back.

DJ Moore, WR, Bills (shoulder). DNP Wednesday and Thursday, then on the field Friday in a red non-contact jersey, per ESPN’s Nick Suss. We didn’t have his final designation at publish time, and Heavy notes Buffalo could hold him out with a bye next week. Kickoff in Las Vegas is 4:25 p.m. Eastern (1:25 Pacific), so you get a pivot. Keep a 4 p.m. flex on your bench.

Monday night (Commanders at 49ers). Washington and San Francisco post final statuses Saturday. Terry McLaurin was limited Thursday and Friday. Jacory Croskey-Merritt and Stefon Diggs didn’t practice either day. Mike Evans missed Thursday with what Shanahan called “Achilles soreness” and sat again Friday on FFD’s feed. If Croskey-Merritt sits, CBS calls Rachaad White a high-end PPR flex.

Jets pass catchers: Omar Cooper Jr. (ankle) went full Friday and is expected back, per CBS. Kenyon Sadiq (concussion) is questionable after two limited days.

Cleared for Sunday

CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys: full all week and no designation for Sunday night in Green Bay.

DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles: full Friday and off the report, per Yahoo Sports. With McKee throwing, he’s a WR3.

Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston, WRs, Chargers: both off the report.

Ashton Jeanty, RB, and Brock Bowers, TE, Raiders: both practiced in full Thursday and Friday on FFD’s feed.

Michael Penix Jr., QB, Falcons: no designation and he starts, per CBS.

KC Concepcion, WR, Browns: cleared the concussion protocol, per CBS. Treat him as a flex.
